Professor Rachid Hilal was appointed Director of ANEAQ following the Government Council meeting held on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

He brings to this position extensive experience in the management of higher education. His career includes key roles such as Vice President in charge of Academic Affairs at Chouaïb Doukkali University since 2012, Secretary General of Cadi Ayyad University for eight years, and Head of Service at the Directorate of Higher Education for nearly six years.

This appointment is based on his well-recognized expertise in pedagogy, academic affairs, and administrative management.
